Getting your structure right from the start is important, and helps organise both caption media resources and this StackCaptioning preparation. The order in which you build out your StackCaptioning system will save time so that, for example, Scene names and languages are inherited as you go.

List, and use consistent and logical naming for your:

•Sites

•Attractions

•Scenes

•Subscenes (options)

Across which sites and/or Attractions are you able to offer:

•language options

•visual captioning

•audio captioning?
