You will attach your supplied media to Clients and assign Categories to them, so do this before you start work on the media assets.

Clients are those supplying the media for display and to whom you will report.

Contracts are the required minimum displays per day that can be assigned to media.

Categories are used to ensure items of the same category (e.g. footwear, travel, vehicles) are not autoscheduled sequentially.
