The installer includes Compere and the Couch DB media asset database app. CouchDB is required for all Actor devices, but not Jugglers.
Windows 10 and above
Compere installs to C:\7thSense\compere. Couch DB installs to C:\Program Files\Apache CouchDB and runs as a service.
Read and accept the Licence Agreement.
If this is the first time of installing Compere on your device, and you are running in Actor role with timeline assets, you will need to include CouchDB. This is not required if just updating the version of Compere.

Minimum requirements
A control PC to run Juggler need not normally be of particularly high spec., but memory and number of cores govern performance.
You can check if a PC has all the minimum requirements with the help of an app such as GPU-Z, available at https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/.
For system configuration:
•Minimum quad-core, Intel® Core™ i5 processor
•16 GB RAM (recommended)
•a dedicated GPU
•OpenGL 3.3 core support
•Vulkan 1.2
•Windows 10
As redundancy, a lightweight networked PC can hold the Project dataset and communicate with a Juggler system.
Laptops with NVIDIA and also Intel integrated GPUs should give the NVIDIA precedence.
