Our entire Support team and beyond have visibility of email threads which include this To/CC address, and these threads are proactively monitored throughout each business day by multiple agents. This method ensures the timeliest response we can achieve, regardless of what any specific agent may be tied up with.

Via your Systems Integrator
If you are an End User who purchased your 7thSense products through a Systems Integrator/Installer, it's generally most appropriate and effective to first contact that party for support. 7thSense products are most commonly acquired by End Users via a Systems Integrator. This party has their own direct terms of sale/support/warranty with the End User for each project, and the most direct familiarity with a given system's functionality and history, including and beyond just the 7thSense products utilized. If we are contacted directly by an End User, we will often immediately ask to copy in the Integrator for reasons of clear communication circle, permission, and the opportunity to receive additional system information that may be important for us to be aware of.

If you are a Systems Integrator who purchased your 7thSense products through one of our regional distributors, please contact your distributor directly as a first line of support.

Our Stack web service includes core modules of Delta Control, Designer, remote Task Scheduler and a fully documented http API, with php SDK library and add-on framework for developers. |
